Becoming a Client

If you are HIV positive, a resident of Santa Cruz County, and interested in becoming a client, please call the Santa Cruz AIDS Project at 831.427.3900 to set up an appointment with a Client Services Case Manager. Be prepared to spend approximately one hour in this initial meeting, and be able to provide proof of residence and medical confirmation of your HIV status. Potential clients should bring the following items to this first meeting:

Copy of drivers license or photo ID
Copy of Social Security Card
Verification of income
Rental agreement or proof of residency
