Client Services Case Management
Client Services Department provides case management to eligible clients who are medically certified as HIV positive. Our Case Managers provide our client’s with emotional support, service plan development and community service provider referrals.
Also provided to our clients who might qualify is our Benefit Advocate Program. These programs are State Disability, Social Security, Medi-cal, ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program). Our Case Managers will guide, assist or make referrals towards receiving and/or maintaining their benefits.
Clients may also qualify for financial assistance for care services under our federal grants, such as HOPWA and Ryan White/Title II. These resources can assist people with their housing, utilities, medications, nutritional supplements, counseling, as well as medical costs associated with HIV.
